Osasuna Launches New Membership Campaign for 2024/25 Season

The Club Atlético Osasuna has unveiled its latest membership campaign named ‘Vibra en ti’, with the aim of becoming a flagship campaign for the 2024/25 season. The slogan is inspired by the club’s anthem, specifically the phrase “Vibra en ti Navarra entera”, and appeals to the deep connection that the people of Navarra have with their club. The campaign will feature twenty logos representing Navarre’s culture. All information about the campaign will be available to members and fans through an explanatory guide.

The campaign will kick off on Monday, June 10th, at 4:30 pm, allowing members to start renewing their memberships. Renewals can be done online through the club’s website 24 hours a day until 11:59 pm on Friday, July 5th. In-person renewals will be available until 2:00 pm on Friday, July 5th, with office hours from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Fridays.

Members who renewed their memberships individually last season will receive an SMS to facilitate the renewal process. With the link provided, members can renew their membership by clicking on the message link without logging in and in just two minutes. This method only allows payment by credit card. For group renewals or financing options, members must use the website or renew in person at the office.

The ‘Socio Area’ will once again allow multiple individuals to be grouped under one account, such as family members, a group of friends, or a fan club. This allows a single user to renew the entire group in one simple transaction.

The average increase in membership fees this season will be 5%, following the club’s plan after the renovation of El Sadar stadium. Different sectors will see varying increases, with Sector 100 experiencing over a 6% increase on average, Sector 200 seeing around a 3% increase, Sector 300 at approximately 5%, and Sector 400 at around 4%. In summary, 22 sectors will see a €10 increase, 36 sectors will see a €20 increase, and 8 sectors will see a €30 increase.

Changes of seat location will be available from July 17th to 31st, with a system of appointments for in-person or online assistance. The enrollment period for new members is set for August 5th to 9th, with the number of new enrollments dependent on cancellations during the renewal campaign and adjustments with sponsor memberships, youth football, coaches, etc. Only members who held a ‘Soy Rojillo’ membership during the 2023/24 season can apply to be new members. New members will pay an additional fee of €50.

The 2024/25 season will feature two matches designated as ‘Día del Club’, with dates to be determined once the schedule is released. Members will have the option to purchase these tickets at a discounted rate during the renewal process, but they must indicate their interest. The renewal process will include a tab to add both ‘Día del Club’ tickets together, while in-person renewals will also have the option. Members of all categories can purchase the two ‘Día del Club’ tickets for a combined price of €35. Those who purchase the tickets during renewal will have them included in their membership, allowing access to the matches without any additional steps. Members who choose not to add the tickets during renewal can do so later, but the price will be €40 for each match.

Members who purchase both ‘Día del Club’ tickets during renewal can transfer their tickets if they are unable to attend the matches once the dates are announced. In such cases, the club will refund them a higher amount than the purchase price if the tickets are resold. For example, a member who buys both tickets for €35 and transfers their seats for both matches can recoup almost double the amount paid, €60.

Members with special discounted categories (Sub-23, Sub-17, Sub-14, Txiki, and +65) can only transfer their tickets to individuals of a different age category for Monday matches. These individuals can also request an adult pass if they intend to share it with people of different ages. This request must be made in person at the club’s offices during the renewal process.

The ticket transfer system allows members to transfer their seats to the club if they are unable or unwilling to attend the match. If the ticket is resold, the member will receive 50% of the proceeds for ‘Adult’ category tickets, and 30% for other categories, with the club receiving the remaining percentage. A new limit has been set to ensure that the maximum compensation at the end of the season does not exceed 80% of the price of the next season’s membership, for the 2025/26 season. These measures aim to prevent members from renewing at a minimal cost and allowing non-attending fans to access the stadium.

Members who wish to finance their membership renewal can do so with CaixaBank online or in person, even if they are not customers of the bank. Cardholders of the CaixaBank MyCard Osasuna can finance their membership in 3 installments without any cost or interest, but they must do so in person at the club’s offices.
