Back home, they must face their lives before reuniting.
It is interesting and a must-see. The only issue is that you can only watch it in a single late session or wait for it to be scheduled by a platform.
The second is ‘Llobás’, by Pau Calpe. A drama in which a mute boy, his brother, and his partner travel in a van, without putting down roots, because the first one arouses a lot of hostility and has special characteristics…
It has been described as an unusual horror film and is a must-see. The only issue is that you can only watch it in a single late session or wait for it to be scheduled by a platform.
The third one is ‘Simple como Sylvain’, written and directed by actress and filmmaker Monia Chokri. When Sophia and Sylvain meet, they fall passionately in love. Both come from very different social backgrounds. She is from an intellectual and bourgeois family, and he is from a working-class family. After a while, she begins to question whether she gave in to her romantic impulses.
It has generated a lot of interest and is a must-see.
And the fourth one is ‘In Water’, written and directed by the prestigious and unique Hong Sang-soo. It’s about a young actor who decides to get behind the camera to shoot a short film on a rocky island battered by the wind, with a small team composed of himself, the female lead, and the cameraman. While walking around the place in search of inspiration, he meets someone who will give him a story to tell.
With just an hour of footage, it has generated a lot of interest and is a must-see.
